As we are entering an era of highly advanced display forms such as AR/VR, transparent displays, and flexible/conformal displays, there is a significant demand for advanced display research. This workshop aims to gauge interest in these areas of research, facilitate internal collaboration and foster connections among students and postdocs, and promote future industry involvement in our research initiatives. To do so, we have to understand each other first.
During the workshop, seven faculty members specializing in topics of microLED displays, quantum dot LEDs, OLEDs, holographic displays, and metalenses will present their research activities. Moreover, their students and postdoctoral researchers will present their ongoing projects during poster sessions, which will take place in the same conference room. Refreshments will be provided.
